Leitrim County Council Culture & Creativity Strategy 2018 - 2022

The vision of Creative Ireland is that every person in Ireland will have the opportunity to fully realise his or her creative potential. The Creative Ireland Vision for Leitrim is to nurture and foster creative expression in all its diversity; embrace and welcome new ideas; and create the conditions to help turn those ideas into reality and embed creativity into all aspects of the social, economic and cultural life of Leitrim. The new strategy sets out the priorities to achieve that objective in a comprehensive plan and as well as achieving that under the Creative Ireland programme, a central purpose of the strategy is to act as guidance and a key influencer in the development of all cultural policies and corporate planning developed during the tenure of the Creative Ireland programme.
